Equity Participation & Governance

PRIME INVESTMENT takes minority or majority stakes in high-growth companies, contributing not only capital but also managerial expertise and high-level governance. We position ourselves as long-term partners, committed to sustainable value creation. Our equity stakes are systematically accompanied by a governance and operational management framework.

Participation Terms

Our equity participations are structured according to the specific needs of each company: capital entry, debt-to-equity conversion, capital increase, or share buyout. We jointly define exit terms from the outset, to align all parties' interests.

Post-Investment Value Creation

Following our capital entry, we activate a structured value creation program: operational optimization, governance strengthening, commercial development, digitalization, and preparation for future fundraising or divestment. Our goal is to accompany each company to its full maturity.

We invest in SMEs and mid-caps with strong growth potential, with a proven business model or solid market position. Our preferred sectors include energy, technology, food processing, healthcare, and infrastructure.

The share varies depending on the project and company maturity. We can intervene from as little as 10% up to a controlling stake, depending on the strategic needs identified jointly with founders or existing shareholders.

As a rule, we prefer to keep founders in operational control while strengthening governance. We contribute to strategy and management control without interfering in day-to-day management, unless clearly necessary.

Our participations typically span a 3 to 7-year horizon, with milestones defined at entry. We aim for a value-creating exit for all shareholders, whether through an industrial sale, buyout, or stock market listing.
